An unlimited number of extensions can be selected in a ring group and they will all ring at the same time when a call comes in. The first extension to pickup the call gets it and the others stop ringing.

Ring groups are a basic feature of the system, there is no cost for ring groups.

There is no limit to the number of ring groups you can create or the number of extensions you can add into a group.
